I’m a Certified High Performance Coach (CHPC), a former Big 4 consultant, and someone who deeply understands the grind and the call for more. After nearly 25 years in the same industry, I stopped following the prescribed path and started listening to my heart and that voice that said “there’s more.” That decision changed everything.

You could say I’m a growth junkie. I’m lit up by personal development and deeply believe everyone deserves to live boldly as their truest, most vibrant self. My mission is to help others break through limitations, reconnect with what matters, and take aligned, courageous action.

I grew up in Corpus Christi and now live in Houston, Texas. I’ve spent years navigating high-pressure roles, traveling the country as a consultant, and working with brilliant people in complex environments. I had some incredible moments — and for a while, I truly loved it. But deep down, something was missing.

Then I hired a coach — and everything clicked. That longing for something more turned into the freedom of taking bold, meaningful action. The challenges? They didn’t disappear, but they felt different. My goals gained momentum. My relationships deepened. I felt aligned. Empowered. Free.

That experience is what inspired me to launch Zenith Performance Coaching — because when you align with who you really are and start showing up with courage, joy, and intention, life opens up.

Now, I get to coach incredible humans through that very transformation. In every session, I bring structure, heart, challenge, and fun — because coaching should be all of that and more. And I’ll be right there with you — as your biggest supporter and your boldest challenger.
